Arbiter uses
Google Gemini, a third-party artificial intelligence service,
to power its AI Rules Judge feature. When you submit a question,
your query
and any card names you include are sent to Google Gemini for
processing.
AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes
only and may
contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute official
Magic: The
Gathering rulings and should not be relied upon for competitive or
tournament
play. Always verify rulings with a certified judge for competitive
events.
Questions submitted to the AI Judge are not stored by us beyond
the duration
of your session and are not used to train AI models.
Arbiter
offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Payments
made through our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. Payments
made through
the iOS App Store are processed by Apple Inc. We do not collect,
store, or
have access to your payment card information at any time. All
payment data is
handled exclusively by Stripe or Apple in accordance with their
respective
privacy policies. Subscription management and cancellations made
through the
App Store are subject to Apple's standard terms. Refund requests
for App Store
purchases must be submitted directly to Apple.
You have the
right to delete your account and all associated personal data at
any time. To delete your account, open the app, navigate to
Settings, scroll
to the Account section, and tap "Delete Account." This will
permanently delete
your profile, saved decks, and game history from our servers. This
action
cannot be undone. Anonymous session data not associated with a
registered
